Rick Stein is celebrating 50 years since he opened The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, UK, by rolling the prices back to 1975 when it first opened.
The chef has delved into the archives and unearthed the original menu from the year The Seafood Restaurant opened and for a few days in February, he will make it available to his customers.
From 6 to 9th February, the group will offer its Rolled Back and Retro Menu, featuring some classic dishes that started at 1975 prices.

Customers can order dishes such as chilled melon and shellfish soup for just 30p and 50p, respectively. They can also order a starter of terrine of brill, salmon, and sorrel for 55p and a ragout de coquilles St Jacques et turbot a la creme de basilic for the absolute steal price of 65p.
The mains will be equally generous in their pricing. A dish of grilled lobster with butter is on the menu for just £2.80, a Cornish bouillabaisse for £2.60, seafood thermidor for £2.20, and ray with black butter for £2.40.
Desserts won't break the bank, either, with a treacle tart with cream selling for 35p; apple pancakes with calvados sauce for 40p; raspberry bavarois 30p; and chocolate ice thunder and lighting for the princely sum of 45p.
This means that diners can order a meal of shellfish soup, grilled lobster, and treacle tart for just £3.65, which is just slightly more expensive than a Tesco meal deal using a Clubcard.
The menu will be available for a limited number of lunch bookings at Stein' Barnes, Winchester, Marlborough, and Sandbanks restaurants and his flagship, The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow.
Reservations go live on 24 January at 10 a.m.
It follows the success of a similar move by St John restaurant last Y.ear, which rewound the clock to 1994 in celebration of 30 years in business, with bookings for the menu selling almost immediately.
Prices were much higher than those being offered by Stein, with starters averaging £5 and mains about £10.
