Lychee Martini

You can make a Lychee Martini with vodka, Cointreau, and lychees.

Exotic Flavor – The lychee fruit gives the martini a unique, sweet, and floral taste, often described as a mix of grape, rose, and melon.

Origin – While the classic martini has been around for over a century, the lychee martini likely gained popularity in the late 20th century, particularly in upscale bars and Asian-fusion restaurants.

What You’ll Need:
  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz Cointreau

  • 1.5 oz lychee juice (from canned lychees)

  • 3 lychees (for garnish)

  • Ice

Procedure:
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, Cointreau, and lychee juice. Shake well until chilled (about 15 seconds).

  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lychees on a skewer.

  3. Enjoy your refreshing, tropical Lychee Martini!
