Jason Atherton’s Gourmet Hot Dog Venture Shutters After Eight Months

Man in a suit stands confidently in a sleek, modern kitchen. Two chefs work in the background. Mood is professional and focused.

Jason Atherton's gourmet hot dog concept within Harrods' Dining Hall has closed after eight months of trading.

Hot Dogs by Three Darlings has already been replaced by a Harrods-operated caviar bar that promises guests 'a new level of indulgence'.

Caviar Bar offers a menu that includes a £75 lobster cocktail with 10 g of Baeri caviar, fried thinly sliced potatoes with 10g of Oscietra caviar, and a club sandwich that combines smoked salmon and sour cream with 20g of Baeri caviar.

It's also possible to order 15g of Baeri served directly onto your hand with a twist of black pepper for £15.

Hot Dogs by Three Darling, launched last summer. It was one of five new London restaurant concepts launched by the high-profile chef, who also operates Row on Five, Sael London, and Three Darlings, over the last 12 months.
