Classic Cocktail of the Month: Singapore Sling

We are starting off our Classic Cocktail of the Month series with a well known drink from our Southeast Asian neighbor. The Singapore Sling which was developed around 1915 by a bartender named Ngiam Tong Boon who was working at the Long Bar at the iconic Raffles Hotel. Known for its fruity and juice looking presentation, the Singapore Sling is not to be taken lightly as it is made with gin, cherry liqueur, cointreau, and Bénédictine. Here’s how to recreate it at home.
