A riverside pub in Bristol has been named among the top five 'most remote pubs' in the UK, making it the most difficult to get to. Bristol's Beeses Riverside Bar, located next to the river in the Brislington area, was ranked fifth on the list.
According to hospitality payment experts at Dojo, who ranked the most remote pubs in the UK according to how to access them and how far away the pub is from the closest city, Beeses is accessible by ferry but not by car or foot, and is some 4.6 miles away from Bristol's City Centre.
The ranking says: "Beeses Riverside Bar is located in Bristol on the river. Those wanting to visit can book a local ferry ride to and from Beeses for as little as £2 for a return trip! The ferry leaves from Bristol and drops visitors off at Beeses Riverside Bar. The bar is just five miles from Bristol city center and easily accessible.
